My arm hurts… my shoulders hurt. I was so eager to play it - “Oh, I remember that… it looked fun,” I said.

After Kelvin ramped up the practice pace I thought my arm was going to fall off. The djembe players had no problems - it was just the tone-slap warm up… the speed of the kinkine rhythm almost killed me.

Two days later I’m wearing pain patches on my shoulders.

Ouch!
